Established in 2011 as a UK property investment sourcing consultancy, NPP Residential was founded on a deep understanding of the UK property market, with a particular focus on Greater Manchester—home to our headquarters and the region that has shaped our expertise.
Built initially around identifying and sourcing investment opportunities for clients across the UK, we quickly developed a reputation for insight, diligence, and strong market knowledge. As demand grew, so did the need for a more complete, end-to-end service. This naturally led to the expansion into residential sales, lettings, and property management—forming the foundations of our Manchester estate agency.
